July 25, 2018 – Audio Documents, Inc. today announced the closing of Formerly Known As Company and will remain apart of the sub-label infrastructure as Formerly Known As (FKA / FKA & Co.). Audio Documents acquired FKA Co. in November of 2017 including all back catalog releases, research and development. With this, Audio Documents Inc.,’Audocs’ has officially merged Formerly Known As Company (CA-USA) and all its holdings. In agreement, DNLD may carry limited marketing and advertising use of FKA’s logos for 1 year.

Wholesale, Manufacturing & Distribution

In 2022 FKACO dropped label duties. Maintaining Vinyl, CD & Music Merchandise manufacturing for Footprints. Other duties under Footprints include wholesale collection offers. Only in crypto currency & NFT authentication.
